You may be able to cancel your order within the first 24 hours if it has not yet been processed. If your order has shipped you will not be able to cancel it.  Items are final sale, no returns allowed.

USA Shipments: Items can ship via USPS First Class Mail (without insurance), USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express. You will be able to select your shipping method at checkout. Shipping times will be affected by USPS holidays, weather, and holiday seasons. Shipping times are an estimate and not guaranteed.  

Processing Times: Processing times do not include the shipping, but rather how many days it takes our company to fulfill your order. This processing time will be located on the top of the website. Please refer to the processing time before placing an order. Processing times are not a guarantee. 

International Shipments can choose UPS at checkout, or in some cases USPS.  Shipping payment made in our website are DDU shipments, that means that the Purchaser (Customer) is responsible of any import duties and import fees if applicable. The shipping costs do not include import duties and/or import fees.

If your order is from the European Union the customer is responsible to pay VAT.

USPS or UPS  are responsible for transit delays, damaged or lost packages during shipping. Please contact USPS or UPS for insurance claims.
